Description

Chough Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage situated just a stroll away from Porthleven Harbour with its sandy beach and unique array of eateries, shops and galleries.

Entrance is via a few steps up from the driveway leading into the lounge, with comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace and smart TV. This leads through to the dining kitchen, well equipped with seating for four and door off to rear garden.

Upstairs you'll find two comfortable double bedrooms, the family bathroom and a small room suitable for a travel cot or study space.

There's plenty of outdoor space. At the rear you have lawned areas with outdoor dining furniture and a bbq area. At the fore is parking for two cars along side the garden area.
