Leave ReviewVilla Littoral
By Martin F on 10-Aug-2024It’s a privilege to be able to stay at Villa Littoral. It’s difficult to explain, but I’ll try. The house is a lovely place to stay, but that’s not why it’s such a privilege. It’s more about the location of the house. The house sits on a small promontory of rocks. It is secluded from the rest of the town. There is sea to 3 sides and an omnipresent sound of the sea. The house is an L shape and wraps around the terrace which in turn has panoramic views over the ocean. The terrace is sheltered and beautiful. The garden is pleasant, but within it are steps that go down. Through a steel door, there is then access to a private beach. It’s really a cove that is cut off from the main beach at anything other than low tide. Almost nobody makes it around the rocks and so the beach is all your own. In the morning for breakfast, during the day and in the evening. Swimming in the bay is beautiful and the water was crystal clear on the days we were there. The water is cold, but not so cold that it’s uncomfortable. We swam a Km or so each day. The house is mostly modernised with a lovely kitchen. Around the Villa is a pleasant town. Food is easy to get. Moulin Vert serves excellent moules frites with beer. We cycle extensively and there were lovely roads and towns to visit. We also visited Glenan Archipelago. It’s a boat ride from Concarneau. It’s a set of islands with perfect white sands and blue water. It’s much like visiting the Maldives for a day. Just get the right day. We hired kayaks and paddled our way around empty beaches and swam through clear blue waters. The pictures you can see of the house simply don’t prepare you for how lovely this is. You have no idea of the private beach, the terrace views or the ever-present sound of the sea.

By David S on 27-Jul-2024The sea view and proximity was the particular seller for us. All (unsurprisingly) very positive. It’s a great house in a great location – not just the view and private beach access but also in terms of walking into the village and along the coast. The open plan downstairs was excellent. You and the key holder’s service and support was excellent – particularly our early start on Saturday (we left at 5am). Many thanks

By Anne D on 20-Jul-2024You have been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. A lovely experience booking with you. The house had much to commend it. Outdoor seating was great and there were lots of sun loungers. But it is Brittany not the med so weather can’t be guaranteed. There are some lovely decorative touches and I love the boat theme. The lady who let us in did tell us which days were market days in which places which was really helpful. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The children loved the access to the beach and watching the tide encroach on the private steps from the cave. I fell in love with the outdoor photos and had fond memories of Brittany and booked.

By Elizabeth G on 13-Jul-2024The setting of Villa Littoral was indeed wonderful and we very much enjoyed waking up each day to the sound of the waves and having access to the private beach. The communication from yourself throughout, from booking to the end of our holiday was excellent and much appreciated – thank you. We would happily book another holiday through you again!
Villa Littoral
By Joachim M on 09-Sep-2023We had a wonderful holiday again at Villa Littoral: everything Brittany lovers would want: lots of sunshine with a pleasant temperature (when we arrived it was 36.5 degrees Celsius in Rennes and we were already concerned that it might be as hot in Lomener. The parasol was perfect this time, also a lot of wind and finally, a storm with a raging sea – as we like to have from time to time when we are in Brittany. And what’s more, the most beautiful holiday home in the world, for us. Many thanks for this.
Villa Littoral
By Susan R on 02-Sep-2023Thank you so much for your help in booking the Villa Littoral. We take self-catering holidays at least twice a year in the UK and overseas. The Villa Littoral is utterly exceptional and best-ever. It is in a magical position perched over the sea, with a private (almost secret) access to a sandy cove below. You can walk easily to the local port for various restaurants, boulangerie, and supermarket. Or you can walk on the coastal path to other lovely beaches and wild places. We absolutely loved it, and so did our cocker spaniel! The villa itself has a great modern kitchen, comfortable lounge and many choices of outside seating areas. We cannot rate it highly enough. Also, the owner was charming, and Patricia was helpful and welcoming. We would love to book again. Luckily, we are flexible on timing, but need to investigate next year’s ferry schedule first. Roscoff proved to be the best ferry point from the UK – and great fun to explore. A dream of a place! Wish we were still there.
