A modern farm dwelling where you can relax in a peaceful location surrounded by nature and scenic views. The open plan kitchen/dining area with a log burning stove and the vibrant sunroom is an ideal space for friends or families to gather together. Only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the historic town centre of Kinross, the heart of Scotland. The location is ideal for travelling to Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh with a superb bus link if wish to leave the car. The M90 is a 5 minute drive.
Other things to note
Gellyburn Cottage is on a working farm. There can be farm machinery working especially in busy farming times. The road, being on a farm, is typically a little uneven so please walk or drive with care. We have permitted pets as we love dogs and have 3 ourselves but they are trained to work with our sheep. We do request that they are well behaved and kept on a lead out with the enclosed garden to protect our livestock. You may see a number of our pets when you visit ranging from dogs, cats, a horse, goats and our geese.
