Prescelly View is somewhere unique and special.This luxurious property sits in the very heart of Pembrokeshire within easy reach of it’s beautiful beaches ,towns and attractions.The views are stunning and unbroken looking out over the Prescelli Hills and Welsh countryside.This spacious house sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms and has it’s own private indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub.The layout is all on one level and ideal for large families or groups of friends to have fun or socialise ,yet still providing areas for calm and relaxing moments.The house had even appeared on Wish you Were Here holiday program.
Situated near the historic village of Llawhaden, which has its own Norman Castle and various Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings.From the castle there are beautiful views towards Narberth and the surrounding areas.There are lots of enjoyable walks through the woods to enjoy you are spoilt for choice and also cycling routes especially Llysyfran Reservoir and Country Park .CoarseFishing can be found at Ian Heaps (previous world champion) we are also close to Oakwood leisure Park and Clerkenhill Adventure Farm.so there is a lot going on nearby.
The town of Narberth is five miles away which is very popular with locals and visitors all enjoying the excellent independent shops and boutiques also cafes, pubs and restaurants ,recently runner up to best Welsh town.It is only 20 minutes to the beautiful town of Tenby and Saundersfoot and on the way there you pass Folly Farm one of Wales premier attractions and always popular especially when the weather is inclement.
Other places to visit are St David’s smallest city in Britain with its stunning cathedral and Bishops palace and from where you can visit beaches like Whitesands, Newgale ,Solva all worth a visit.
It is the staggering natural beauty of Pembrokeshire which draw visitors wether to walk on the coastal footpath ( 186 miles ) to admire the stunning scenery, or if you prefer to escape the crowds head to the Prescelli Hills all in Pembrokeshire national park. We also have river ways to explore and numerous castles.
So if you come to Prescelly View you will have a great relaxing holiday ( some of our guests and friends have been returning for over 25 plus years ) and make memories to last a lifetime
Accommodation Comprises,
Main living room has three large comfortable leather sofas which seat eight people , a large wall mounted smart television, includes Netflix.Also indoor seating overlooking the pool ideal for keeping an eye on children without getting wet
The dining room is stunning with wall to ceiling windows which allow sunlight to flood in and also enjoy the incredible views of the countryside.Large rectangular table which easily accommodates everybody, children high chair available.All crockery is Port Meirion.
Modern impressive kitchen with its own large island ,just like you see in home interior magazines,also giant American style fridge freezer so you can stock up with food.Also home delivery is very popular with all the major supermarkets available.
Guests love the large heated indoor pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub ,we are one of very few holidays properties offering these facilities for the exclusive use of our guests.Also reclining loungers.
Large Victorian conservatory with high quality rattan furniture to sit on and admire the views and tranquility.
Sleeping is in two double and two twin bedrooms with all beds made up for guests ,cot is available for babies.There is an en suite comprising walk in shower,,Wc and handbasin.
Main bathroom has a bath ,walk-in shower Wc and handbasin.There is also shower in pool area and Wc.
Outside there is a shower by the hot tub.There is a washing machine ,iron and iron board.
Outdoor,A paved patio area with BBQ and comfortable garden furniture and table.Also various other seating areas outside and a large private lawned garden.off road parking for several cars.
Additional info, Prescelly view has central heating and Wi fi.All bed linen and towels are provided ,though guests are requested to bring their own beach/ pool towels. Electric included.No smoking in the house and sorry we do not take pets.
Please note the owners have an apartment above the property which is occasionally used during the day at weekends.However this is completely separate with different entrance and does not overlook any of the guest space.,.A visit to the family from can be arranged for interested guests.
