Description

Hafod Villa is located in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Park. With a huge private garden & distant sea views. Gorgeous sandy beaches are nearby & numerous local sports & activities. This is a lovely area with lots of pretty walks and the famous coastal path runs along our local beauty spot of Ceibwr Bay.
Hafod Villa is a comfortable, characterful, traditional cottage. However it is in the countryside and if it has rained a lot the conservatory may smell earthy on your arrival. The furnishings are old but comfy and we have been complimented on the comfort of the beds!
We include unrestricted central heating a dishwasher washing machine and tumble drier as well as two fridges and a huge smart TV which are all less than 4 years old. Downstairs is a a small en suite and upstairs an old fashioned but clean and serviceable bathroom. If you are looking for a new old cottage however please do not book!
This comfortable accommodation is suitable for 2 families we accept up to 6 adults and two children and baby! & includes a conservatory, large kitchen/dining room, sitting room. Downstairs is a kingsize bedroom +shower en suite, upstairs Twin & Family bedroom and bathroom. Wifi, Smart TV & 3 dogs welcome.
There are lots of local sports and activities such as coasteering horse riding, fishing, golf etc. We have a variety of local markets, galleries and craft centres to visit. The cottage is an excellent base to explore the 3 counties of Pembrokeshire Cardiganshire and Carmarthenshire with St David's Cathedral, many historical houses and Castles.
The space
Conservatory with dining and seating. Cosy sitting room with huge telly sky + sports and films etc, wifi. comfy seating for 8 guests. Well equipped large sunny dining room and kitchen area + washing machine.and tumble drier.
Downstairs king size bedroom with understair en suite shower room with washbasin and loo.
Upstairs Family bedroom with four poster bed and adult size bunk beds (that we really only recommend for children for comforts sake) to match pretty garden views.. Small twin bedroom, family bathroom with over bath shower this has restricted height.
The main side of the cottage is very sunny with private garden views.
Is very private with a huge garden,with swings and up to 3 dogs are allowed at no extra charge. Please note that the garden whilst fenced is too large to make dog-proof. but we are 70m down a private drive set back from a quiet lane.
