Description

Our villa is located in the beautiful countryside of the southern Vendee, an area known for its microclimate and record-number of sunshine hours per year. An easy drive from St Malo and only 3/4 hour from La Rochelle airport. You can find us in a quiet little village and only a few minutes' drive to go-karting, the new waterpark O Gliss Park, O'Fun Park adventure park with accrobranche (similar to Go Ape) paintball and new Aquapark, and the glorious sandy beaches of La Tranche sur Mer, not forgetting the lovely town of Angles less than 10 minutes drive with its twice-weekly markets, magnificent church and selection of restaurants.



Our family friendly house is situated in a pretty village which has a small shop just opposite that sells the basics including fresh croissants and bread in the mornings. The cafe/bar is attached and on a weekend there is a small troupe of musicians who play gypsy music here. The local restaurant sells hot food on the green outside the bar on a Friday/Saturday evening - very handy if you don't fancy cooking or don't want to venture too far! There is a supermarket a 5 minute drive away.



The secluded back garden boasts a beautiful heated pool, totally private with a flower-covered pergola and stone barbecue, perfect for lazy lunchtimes by the pool. There is also a games room with a full sized pool table, football machine and darts. Outside we have a ping pong table. We have lots of games and books available for your enjoyment also.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc and there are two barbecues for your use, one in the front garden and one at the back.



There are three bedrooms with fans which consist of two doubles and 1 twin bedrooms, shower room with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. For babies we provide a travel cot and highchair.

Beautiful place to relax and unwind

Just back from a week at Le Pavillon in La Jonchére. We were a party of 3 with 1 small dog. The house was absolutely amazing. Everything you would need for a lovely relaxing week. Spotlessly clean 3 excellent bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and condiments available. Plenty of board games and books to support whatever you brought yourself. Heated Pool and pool area fantastic. Only 15 mins from the beautiful seaside town of La Tranche Sur Mer with its very own dog friendly beach. Would highly recommend this house for that well earned break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Thank you Julie for all your help and assistance in making our holiday such a success.

House is situated in a lovely French village So quiet and a faboulous house to come home to after a day at the beach and if you dont want to go to the beach the pool an and garden to the rear is brilliant for some chill time so private

Lovely stay in Jonchere

We had a lovely weeks stay at La Pavillon. Despite the weather being against us we enjoyed the pool, games room and sheltered backgarden. Very easy access to the beach, with several to choose from.
