Description

Seaspray Pagham is a delightful 4-bedroom, beachfront holiday cottage in Pagham, West Sussex sleeping 7.Seaspray sits directly on Pagham Beach, a wonderfully peaceful location.

Based around a Victorian railway carriage Seaspray has been lovingly renovated to include the comforts of modern living including central heating and double glazing. Seaspray is perfectly positioned to watch the sunrise over the sea and sunset over the garden. The area is known to be the "sunniest" in Britain, whilst it is raining inland, the beach is often bathed in sunshine. Even on a wet day, it is a swift retreat from beach to comfy sofa. Pagham is a relatively uncommercialized area of coast with an empty beach on many days it has, therefore, kept its charm of yesteryear whilst being close to towns and cities.

There are 8 steps to the front door, this door is also a fire exit (there is a second fire exit directly onto the beach). The steps may make the property unsuitable for guests with disabilities and/or mobility issues.

Cozy Beach Cottage

This cottage has lots of space for a family to spread out and is close to all necessities (including kids arcade amusements!) the beach and sunrise was beautiful each day. The cable car bedrooms were fun and quirky. We really enjoyed this location!

Just what we wanted right on the beach, beautiful Pagham harbour and countryside near by. Property equipped with every little thing you need, Co-op really close, fish and chips and even the little arcade to amuse kids and adults! Samantha was a great host, responds very quickly, not that we encountered any problems during our stay. Didn''t want to leave!

Absolutely loved our time at seaspray, waking up to that view is something we won''t forget in a hurry!! Everything you could need was provided!
