A Great Place To Relax.

By Terence Wardle on 15-Jul-2024

Lovely place to stay and relax from start to finish, pity about the end bit ,we could have done with a little more. David and Sally kept in touch from the initial booking until we arrived, even asking if we would like the upstairs apartment making up has we had only booked in for two people. The weather was glorious, so we ate breakfast most days sat outside, surrounded by wild flowers and bushes .(Lovely). Our hosts were always available too answer any questions, mainly, places of interest and where to eat and get a good pint of bitter. The holiday to the Broads was a last minute idea and booking the Grove Stables which my wife kept coming back too put the icing on the cake. Well done David and Sally.

A perfect getaway

By Anne on 30-Sep-2023

A perfect get away for 2 couples, spacious accommodation with 2 good size bedrooms each with private bathroom facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, with the benefit of our own private garden area too. The hosts were available for a chat and gave great recommendations for places to eat. A great location to relax as well as places to visit nearby; beaches, Broads, villages and teashops. We''d definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation in a rural setting

By Brian M on 06-Aug-2023

A fantastic place to stay which is quiet and off the beaten track. Superb accommodation, large comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen. Own private garden with furniture. The owners, Sally and Dave, made us very welcome. Thank you for the wine, milk, biscuits, tea and coffee. Looking forward to staying again.

Simply Wonderful

By OnSafariAgain on 06-Aug-2023

Our second visit to Grove Stables and we enjoyed it just as much as our first in 2019. The accommodation was still comfortable, the facilities all clean and worked (great showers) and a relaxing homely ambience. The layout is good for my sister and I as we have a bedroom each and our own ensuite. The location is very peaceful and only the poor weather stopped us making good use of the lovely outside space. It is within easy drive of the coast and also National Trust places such as Felbrigg Hall and Horsey Windmill. Sally and David are very welcoming and yet you have your own privacy. We are already planning our third trip before too long. If you are looking for a quiet, stress-free break in Norfolk countryside you should definitely try Grove Stables.
