Applegarth Farm is a detached cozy 3 bedroom cottage sat in the quiet village of Mickleby. Located within the North York Moors National Park, with the stunning seaside villages of Runswick Bay and Sandsend being a short 5-10 minute drive away.
The cottage has a warm, welcoming feel and features low beamed ceilings in the large living/dining room, leather sofas and wood burning stove. There is a very well equipped cottage style kitchen with dishwasher, induction oven, airfryer, microwave, and large fridge freezer.
Upstairs in the main bedroom is a comfortable superking size bed, wardrobe and drawers. A further double bedroom with a kingsize bed and finally another bedroom with a single bed.
The bathroom is downstairs with a modern bathroom suite with electric shower over the bath.
Outside the front of the property is a private gravel driveway with a large parking area. This looks out onto a large lawned area great for playing football on! From the kitchen stable door you enter the enclosed rear garden with ample space for children to play or dogs to meander around.
There is also a decked area where the hot tub is, perfect for relaxing at the end of a lovely day.
