* Ask for 2/3 Guest rates *Detached North Norfolk flint cottage in the pretty village of Great Walsingham, 10 minutes to Wells, Holkham and their fine beaches. We are ideally placed to visit the North Norfolk coast and nearby attractions.
Private garden and parking. Downstairs en-suite and washroom.
Village cafe and 2 pubs, a store and farm shop within a mile.
Double aspect rooms throughout provide a bright and airy feel to the cottage. The large kitchen includes an AGA, separate cooker, small breakfast table and leading into the garden and the dining room which seats 6 comfortably. The sitting room seats 8 with 2 sofas and 2 chairs.
2 Freesat TVs with Netflix, one 50", 103Mbps WiFi.
Professionally serviced with hotel quality linen and towels.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe, hangers and hairdryer. Iron and board, drying rack, safety gate provided and high chair, cot available.
Please call or text any time to discuss staying at Orchard House, which we built with a local architect in 1990 and have rented out for holidays in the last 3 years with great success. We particularly like to host families and stay in touch before and during your stay. We will send you our Welcome Letter which provides all the information about the accommodation, local services and attractions. The kids will love the Stiffkey ford at the bottom of the lane!
Booking confirmed by a refundable deposit, balance by bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival or credit card. Please text or call for our Welcome letter and any further information you may require. A well trained adult dog or two small dogs are welcome.

Easy reach of the coastal places we wanted to visit Amazing beaches and we really enjoyed National Trust houses nearby. We came back each day and sat in the lovely enclosed garden drinking tea and reviewing our lovely days. Everything we needed was supplied in the house.

Good value

Spacious, well-equipped and quietly located with an enclosed garden for playing games or sitting in the sun! Great showers and plentiful hot water. Rob responded very quickly to any queries we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. Good value for a school summer holiday week.
Pretty cottage and village
By Linda on 23-Jun-2024Having just returned from a week's stay with husband and daughter we were sorry to leave as we had a wonderful holiday. The cottage was extremely comfortable and had everything you would need, comfortable beds, t.vs with Netflix, very good wi-fi. The village of Great Walsingham is idyllic and so much to see and do in the surrounding area.
