A charming and very spacious 3 bedroom flat (2 doubles, one twin) with a sunny terrace and pretty garden in the heart of Dieppe, 5 minutes walk from the sea, Grand Rue, bars and restaurants.
The building dates back to the 18th century and still has some amazing original features in the master bedroom. With a double lounge/dining room that can accommodate all the family overlooking the terrace. Fitted kitchen, recently refurbished bathroom.
The space is large and comfortably houses two families holidaying together without feeling at all cramped.
It is very well located and within an 8 minute walk to the high street shops, restaurants, beach and castle.
It is an apartment within an 18th century building and therefor has rustic charm (or ‘shabby chic’) rather than an ultra modern decor.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One of the double bedroom is on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are in the floor below. One bedroom is composed of a double bed while the children’s room contains two single beds (these beds can turn into a double if needed).
The bathroom, which has been refurbished, is basic but comfortable, with instant hot water at all times.
There are essentially two dining areas, the terrace and the dining room, meaning adults may enjoy a quiet space whilst children use the lounge to play or watch movies. The dining table sits 8 people.
The entrance space is big enough to house scooters, bikes and children prams securely inside.
Our holiday apartment can welcome up to 6 persons and is ideal to spend a week or weekend with family or friends.
