This property was perfect for our holiday. It was really well equipped and comfy and was in the ideal location for visiting all the places on our 'to do' list. The owners next door, Lesley & Richard, were very kind and helpful if we needed info/had a problem but were unobtrusive the rest of the time. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay here.
Very clean ,quiet, helpful hosts
We would like to thanks hosts Richard and Lesley for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The gite is very comfortable and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed reading and drinking French wine in the garden, which is beautifully kept and fenced in (good for dogs and small children!) The location is a quiet rural setting but only 15 mins drive from Avranches. Richard and Lesley were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! David and Tania
Hi Richard & Lesley We had a great holiday in your lovely property which was just the perfect size for the 4 of us. You made us all feel so welcome and you couldn't have been kinder. It was a perfect location for our holiday.
We really enjoyed our holiday at St Pience, a quiet rural area of Normandy with easy access to coast, towns and the surrounding countryside. The gite is very light, spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds and sofas are exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The beautiful garden and shaded outside seating are lovely in good weather. Richard and Lesley are also great hosts, making us feel very welcome but also giving the space to relax and enjoy our holiday. Thank you both for making our holiday so enjoyable.
Having holidayed in numerous gites since 1987 I have no hesitation in rating this to be the very best of many memorable experiences. The presentation and cleanliness of this property is way beyond expectations while the proximity of hosts Richard and Lesley is completely unobtrusive allowing guests to enjoy the property and its beautiful private garden. Your hosts are a lovely couple with a wealth of local knowledge and a willingness to assist you in making the most of your holiday. Thank you Richard and Lesley for providing an outstanding foundation for a lovely and memorable holiday and we will certainly be renewing the experience in the future.
