Description
Peacefully located within the Kings Chalet Park, Poppy is one of a cluster of timber-built, semi-detached, single-storey holiday chalets, offering compact and comfortable holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. There is 1-acre of communal lawn gardens is to the front of the chalet and a communal park with swings and slide is provided for guests’ use. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with ¾ Double (4ft) Bed which is accessed from 1 side only, Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with 2 Single (2ft 6in) Beds.
Linen is included and the beds will be made ready for your arrival.
Kitchen Area: with Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, plenty of storage and a Spin Dryer for those wet swimming togs!
Living/Dining Area: TV, DVD Player, 2 x 2 Seater Sofas with freshly laundered throws, Table with 4 Stools, Electric Heater and Vertical Blinds for privacy.
Shower Room: with a Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Wash Basin and Cupboard. Towels are included.
Heating is with electric heaters and electric is a £2 coin meter. There is no WiFi available but mobile signal is good. Welcome pack included. Private parking for 2 cars. Although Poppy is all on the ground floor please be aware there are 4 steps to the entrance with a hand rail. Poppy is a no smoking property.

Hello and thank you for viewing Poppy. I have lived and loved Norfolk all my life . It is important to me that you enjoy your stay at Poppy. I have been honest in my description. Poppy is absolutely ideal for 2 but also offers more compact accommodation for 4.
The seaside resort of Cromer with sandy beach, pier and promenade, is within walking distance. Sheringham 5 miles, Wroxham, 16 miles, Norwich 25 miles, for excellent shopping, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
Directions:
From Fakenham: Follow A148 heading Cromer. Follow one way system through Cromer town centre. Turn left at traffic lights onto B1159 signposted Overstand. Follow Overstand Road continuing straight over mini roundabouts and Kings Chalet Park will be found on your left hand side. Follow park drive and turn into the first left hand parking bay. There is no defined parking space - park as far down to the bottom left as you can and then walk through on the left-hand side, Poppy is easy to find, please see the map in the photo gallery (Car Park Area 4).
