Description
Detached bungalow in Weybourne, North Norfolk, sleeps up to 4, one double bedroom with ensuite, one with twin beds. Also a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and stand in shower cubical.The large lounge with marble fireplace is fitted with a MerriFlame electric fire.
There is also a three piece suite and a digel TV and a DVD player. A dining table and chairs is also provided.
The property has oil fired central heating. Free WiFi is available at the property.
The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave together with the usual utensils.
A toaster, coffee maker and CD/radio are also provided.
Property is furnished to a high standard with some antiques.
Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own duvet cover, sheets , pillowcases, table cloth, towels and tea towels.
The bungalow is cleaned before each visi by a local caretaker. Fuel & power are included in the rental

Outside the property has traditional flint front and walling and is situated on the edge of the village.
There is off-road parking for 2 cars plus a garage at the rear of the bungalow

There is a private rear garden with a large patio, complete with picnic table and lawned area. Deckchairs, table & chairs are also provided.
Please note the booking week starts on Sunday, arriving after 2.00pm and departing Sunday morning by 11.00 am to allow cleaning before the next guests arrive.
