Crossed Wires is a 2 bedroom cottage converted from the old telephone exchange in the village of Brancaster. It is situated in a quiet lane which is part of the Norfolk coastal path about a quarter of a mile from the beautiful, sandy Brancaster beach.

Accommodation: Kitchen area - Open plan, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster. Dining Area - Table and chairs for 4 people, patio doors with access to the patio at the front. Living area - Comfortable sofa and two chairs with log burner, Freeview television, WiFi, DVD player and radio/CD/bluetooth stereo system. Books and games. Stairs leading to first floor with two bedrooms and bathroom. A stair gate is available. Bedroom 1 - Double bed with built in wardrobe, shelving and dressing table and mirror. Window to the front. Bedroom 2 - A twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror. Velux windows. Bathroom - Bath with shower, basin and WC. Velux window. Bed linen and towels for each guest are provided. Electric heating included in price.
In peak season our bookings are for 7 nights from Friday to Friday. Out of peak season we are happy to be more flexible with the length of stay and the arrival/departure dates. I am sorry, but we do not accept pets
Outside Property
There are small enclosed patio gardens with table and chairs, to the front and rear of the property. There is a portable barbecue stored inside for use by guests. Off street parking for 2 cars.
Surrounding Area
The North Norfolk coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty with much to offer any visitor. Brancaster is famous for its beautiful beaches and the Royal West Norfolk Golf course. The village has a pub/restaurant - The Ship (400 yards) and a village shop/post office. Titchwell is home to the RSPB Nature Reserve. Sailing is available in the next village of Brancaster Staithe. Burnham Market and Wells next the Sea are a short drive away and offer interesting shops in quaint local surrounds. There are many pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages which are well worth a visit. Holkham Hall and a number of NT houses and places of historic interest are nearby. Royal Sandringham is 15 miles away. Crossed Wires offers a quiet retreat, perfect for walking, bird watching and golf with the facilities very nearby.
