Fescue Barn is part of a small complex of barn conversions originally part of the Membland Hall estate dating back to 1870. It was formerly owned by Lord Revelstoke of the Baring Brothers Bank and is located close to the stunning South West Coastal Path. There are large communal grounds to be enjoyed as well as a tennis court, Bar B que areas and plenty of secluded spots to hide away and enjoy the peace and solitude of the South Hams countryside.
There is also a shared games room housing a darts board and table tennis. This space also has washing machines and tumble dryers which are coin operated.
For water sports lovers, a short stroll either through the woods or along the country lane and you will find yourself in the heart of Noss Mayo. Nestled on the banks of the River Yealm, you can enjoy a host of water based activities. Noss Mayo is served by 2 great pubs and across the water is neighbouring Newton Ferrers which also benefits from The Dolphin Inn as well as a Post Office, tea rooms, Co op butchers and pharmacy.
When the tide is out, you can actually walk across the ‘Voss’ to Newton Ferrers. Children love to go crabbing from the quay and jumping in the water when the tide is high.
