Our Pet Free Cottages are privately owned and ideal for families and friends any time of the year.

Please Note: This is a Family friendly Resort and Hen Parties/Stag Parties and groups of young people under 30 are not allowed by the resort.

Contemporary Self-Catering Cottages built only around 2005 to a high specification includes Central Heating or Economy 7 Storage Heating and Double Glazing.

Prices quoted are for up to 8 guests per Cottage per Week. Shorter breaks are also available with minimum stay of 3/4 nights. Please enquire.
Each Cottage can accommodate upto 10 at an extra cost using a double air bed - Please enquire.
We have another 4 bed Cottage next door for larger groups.

Each Cottage has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
1 Master Bedroom with Kingsize Bed with en-suite and smart tv in lodges 34 and 35.
2 Double Bedrooms
1 Twin Bedroom
Having a double bedroom and shower room/WC on the ground floor, our lodges are particularly suitable for those with limited mobility.

Minimum stay 3,4 or 7 nights depending on time of year.

An excellent range of on-site facilities are available at Atlantic Reach Resort including a modern Indoor Swimming Pool and Seasonal Outdoor Pool and Children's Paddling Pool, Adventure Playground, Tennis, Teenage Den etc.,

Set in a quiet and pleasant countryside location with plenty of convenient car parking with easy access to the Cottages from the A30 and Newquay.

Towels are not included but can be added at additional charge. Please advise well before arrival if you would require.

Newquay with its variety of Beaches, Historical and active Harbour, Zoo, Theatre, Heritage, Bustling Nightlife, wide range of Restaurants for all tastes. Being a major holiday attraction of the county, there is something to do for everyone at Newquay and luckily it is just a few miles away from the Lodge.

30% Deposit Required to confirm Booking plus £25.00 Booking Fee.
Full Balance including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit payable 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival date. Non payment of balance by the due date will be deemed a cancellation by the holiday maker and any Deposit payments forefeited.
Full Payment including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit and Booking Fee is due for bookings where arrival date is 6 weeks (42 days) or less of booking date.
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 70 days before check-in will get back 75% of the amount that they've paid Less Booking Fee.
If they cancel between 30 and 70 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% less Booking Fee. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We would strongly advise you to take out your own independent insurance policy for cancellations etc.,
Conditions for Cancellations:
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in Less £50.00 Administration Fee.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the Admin Fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
