Description
Our Pet Free Cottages are privately owned and ideal for families and friends any time of the year.Please Note: This is a Family friendly Resort and Hen Parties/Stag Parties and groups of young people under 30 are not allowed by the resort.
Prices quoted are for up to 8 guests per Cottage per Week. The Best Value breaks are 7 night stays. Shorter breaks are also available with minimum stay of 3/4 nights. Please enquire.
Each Cottage can accommodate up to 10 (including infants) at an extra cost using a double air bed - Please enquire.
We have another 4 bed Cottage next door for larger groups.
Self-Catering Cottages built around 2005 include Central Heating or Economy 7 Night Storage Heating and Double Glazing.
Each Cottage has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
1 Master Bedroom with King size Bed with en-suite and smart tv.
2 Double Bedrooms including 1 Ground floor Bedroom.
1 Twin Bedroom
Having a double bedroom and shower room/WC on the ground floor, our cottages are particularly suitable for those with limited mobility.
Minimum stay 3,4 or 7 nights depending on time of year.
An excellent range of on-site facilities are available at Atlantic Reach Resort including a modern Indoor Swimming Pool and Seasonal Outdoor Pool and Children's Paddling Pool, Adventure Playground, Tennis, Teenage Den etc.,
The above quoted prices are for a maximum of 8 guests. We can accommodate up to 10 guests maximum per cottage (2 on Air/Sofa bed-Small Children only) at an additional charge. We have 2 cottages so would be delighted to accommodate larger group sizes.
Prices include all electric/water/heating costs and Bed Linen.
Towels are not included but can be added at additional charge. Please advise well before arrival if you would require.
Payment Methods: BACS. PayPal. We can also take payment via PayPal using Credit Cards/Debits Cards at an additional 2.5% charge.

The quoted prices include use of the Leisure Centre with Leisure Passes.

Full Balance including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit payable 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival date. Non payment of balance by the due date will be deemed a cancellation by the holiday maker and any Deposit payments forfeited.
Full Payment including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit and Booking Fee is due for bookings where arrival date is within 6 weeks (42 days) or less of booking date.
Cancellations at least 70 days before check-in will get back 75% of the amount that they've paid Less Administration Fee (£50).
Cancellations between 30 and 70 days before check-in, will get back 50% less Admin' Fee.
Any Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in - No refunds sorry.
We would strongly advise you to take out your own independent insurance policy for cancellations for any unforeseen circumstances.

The house is a great size, actually a lot bigger than we expected. Bedrooms spacious and the living area was ideal for 2 families. The house was lovely and clean and welcoming. Facilities on site are good, only missing a shop, nearest shop is a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park, outside pool was not yet open but can imagine in summer would be a real winner. Thanks, would not hesitate to book again! Stayed 3 nights in Apr 2023
Amazing Host and Lovely resort

We found the resort although really lovely, clean, some activities the kids can get involved in, it wasn’t busy enough for us. Our older children weren’t old enough to use the gym unsupervised so got bored quickly whilst on the resort. The outdoor pool and area is very clean and you can easily get a sunlounger it is just a pool though, not very big, no slides or extras. The indoor pool is lovely, we enjoyed using this. We did spend a lot of our time visiting the many beautiful beaches and we found we did have to go out every day to keep the children entertained. There is a launderette on site which was handy (and pricey!) the one restaurant is average and the takeaway cafe has in our opinion restrictive opening times for a peak season. There is a very small shop which doesn’t have many items but does a lovely Cornish pasty! The host and the holiday home is what really made the holiday for us. The house was spotless when we arrived, lovely bedding, super comfy beds and all the amenities you’d usually have at home. Even a dishwasher and tv in the main bedroom. Lots of space for our family. The host is super super helpful we called him a couple of times whilst there and he was on hand to answer our questions and help. He allowed us to check in early which was amazing. We’d definitely recommend staying at Om’s holiday house if you need a base to explore the surrounding areas and the resort although really nice just wasn’t for us. Lovely holiday home and resort

Staff in the resort were all lovely and a great location to visit various places around Cornwall. This property was great and ideal for our family to all go away together. Communication with Om was detailed on what we needed to do to check in etc. Great location on the resort site and the property was lovely and clean. Only downside was we were greeted with ants when we arrived, can't really be helped this time of year and they were gone the next day after putting ant boxes down. Would recommend staying here and would book again if we decide to return to cornwall. See less Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2022

Property was absolutely lovely, spotless clean, spacious as well as very well equipped. Owner was very friendly and helpful and communications were quick and clear . Holiday 2021

The house is amazing, great location on site and great base for visiting Cornwalls' sights. The house is very spacious, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 3 bathrooms. It was lovely not to have to queue for the shower!. The owner is very responsive and gets back to you very quickly if you have a query. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2021
