Our luxury, privately owned holiday home is situated within the beautiful grounds of Parkdean Newquay Holiday Park - just 3 miles form Newquay! The park boasts brand new facilities including outdoor heated swimming pools with children's water slides and lifeguards, convenience store, amusement arcade, launderette, indoor and outdoor entertainment venue, bar, Crazy Golf, Clip and Climb, Bear Grylls survival, trampolines, children's soft play area & outdoor play area and dog park with obstacles. Passes can be purchased by guests at reception to use the pool and other facilities. Our stylish home is located on Willows Way which can be described as one of the more exclusive areas on the site and is only a short walk to the pools, reception, bar, Costa coffee and restaurant

The master bedroom features a 5ft king-size bed, built-in wardrobes dressing table and ensuite WC with hand basin The 2nd bedroom has 2 single twin beds. Twin beds can be pushes together to make a double. There’s a main family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.
Enjoy a glass of wine and dine alfresco with our gas BBQ on our verandas - there is an enclosed veranda at the front of the property, as you come out of the patio doors leading from the lounge, and another on the side of the property, so that you can follow and sit in the sun throughout the day. Or perhaps dine indoors as there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/grill and hob, microwave and large fridge and freezer.

EV electric chargers are provided in Parkdean car park. You can also plug car in through accommodation window.
Bedding is provided as well as cleaning sprays and chemicals. There is also a hoover, mop and bucket, dust pan and brush and broom.
Guests are requested to bring thier own towels for use inside the accommodation and for the beach. Also for their dog if they are bringing one.
The location of our home is great for the whole family as there is so much to see and do close to Newquay. 3 miles to Newquay town centre. There are 11 sandy beaches including Lusty Glaze, Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach - perfect for surfing, why not book a lesson at one of the many surf schools.
There is Newquay Zoo, The Eden Project, Blue Reef Aquarium, Golf courses, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Camel Creek Adventure Park, Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm & tons more.
Please note that passes to use facilities need to be purchased from Parkdean reception although this is not necessary if using the accommodation as a base to explore from!

Guests do not need to purchase passes to buy food or drinks in the restaurant, bar or takeaway kiosks.
.One dog per booking is permitted possibly two with prior agreement from the owner. There is a fee of £30 per dog.
Minimum stay is four nights except in July and August when minimum stay is 5 nights
