Folly View is a first floor apartment that sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms. Located in Island Harbour Marina on the banks of the river Medina, in the hamlet of Binfield, halfway between the County Town of Newport and Cowes.
This modern riverside accommodation benefits from two balconies with a view towards moored yachts and across a green to the Medina beyond. The accommodation is arranged with an open plan living dining space and kitchen area, with front balcony off it. A twin bedroom with small singles and a door to the rear Juliet style standing balcony and a double room with doors to the same balcony. The bathroom off the hall benefits from a walk-in shower enclosure and a midi bath with hand held shower attachment.
Island Harbour is a perfect location for walkers with walks into Whippingham, East Cowes and Newport on your doorstep.
Newport is the Island’s County Town and is a short 10 minute drive away. With an array of shops, restaurants and bars it’s a great place to visit. There’s a multiplex cinema complex, theatre, nightclub, live music venue and an arts venue and function room right on the quay, so there’s always plenty to entertain you during your stay.
Folly View is in a great central location to enjoy all the Isle of Wight has to offer, but is tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet too.
