Our comfortable apartment on the slopes of Mount Wellington has its own entrance and a fenced private garden for guest's exclusive use.

Whether you are in town for work commitments, or catching up with friends and family, or for concerts and entertainment, we are central and handy to the motorway, and to excellent public transport. Our situation is convenient for access to Auckland Hospital and the City etc. Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, Newmarket Shopping Centre, & Mt Smart Go Media Stadium. Food stores and eateries are close by.

The kitchenette has a full sized fridge/freezer and the cooking appliances include a bench oven with grill, a microwave oven, an electric wok, a steak grill and an induction hob. We supply milk, a selection of teas and coffees, and for the first night fresh fruit and a light breakfast.

The modern bathroom/laundry has great hot water supply, heater and heated towel rail, and a modern washing machine at no extra charge. Plenty of fluffy towels are available.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with quality bed linen and extra linen, duck and feather blankets and duvet as well as wool should one desire. Also spacious wardrobe storage, a dresser and a bookshelf with a varied selection of reading material.

The Unit:
The area is 45sqM with cosy carpeted living areas and tiled bathroom and kitchen areas.

Mount Wellington is Auckland's tallest of 53 non active volcanos 5 minutes up the road and a great 45 minute round walk on a fine day with 360 deg views of Auckland from the Tasman Sea to Pacific Ocean.

Guest access:
Covered parking is available on request. A key is kept in a lockbox next to the entrance.
Access from 2.00 PM and the no rush book out by Noon makes for an easy relaxed stay. Should you require access outside these hours please ask, we are flexible!
