Description

Louvain is our beautiful listed ship-builders cottage right in the heart of New Quay.
Park-up and everything is within walking distance, with the well regarded Pepper Pot Restaurant right opposite and Dolau Beach within 50 metres! Or if you fancy something more lively then the recently opened Jitter Bug Bar is 30 metres down the hill.
The fantastic butcher is three doors down and the corner shop only 50 metres away.
Or if it's fish you want then the fish shop on the quay is only 100 metres.
The kids will love it with the main beach only 150 metres away with a life guard station to keep them safe.
Built in 1900 the house has recently been completely modified and has everything to help make your stay in New Quay a memorable one.
We do accept well behaved dogs and talk to us about shorter stays particularly out of peak season.
