Description

Gig House is a detached house, convered from Stables overlooking the sandy Mundesley beach. The property has a private slipway to access the beach, shared with only 4 other properties. It is an excellent location for both families and couples due to its close proximity to the sandy beach.

The village of Mundesley is an excellent location for a seaside holiday. It has a wonderful wide beach backed by a small promenade and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Some may enjoy a dip in the sea or perhaps just the chance to relax and enjoy the view, whilst children will love to play on the golden sands.

Mundesley is a traditional English seaside village popular with day trippers and holidaymakers alike, without being too busy. The wide sandy beach ensures Mundesley is not overcrowded even during the summer months. Mundesley is an ideal base for long walks along the coast all year round.

The house was constructed in the early 1840's using traditional materials; brick, flint and lime plaster. The flint and lime plaster is breathable which allows moisture to enter the walls, which may mean uneven / flaking lime plasterwork from time to time.
