Description
VILLA OLEANDER is a luxury, air conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms (all with en suite bathrooms) in Mougins, sleeping 6-7. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs.
Set within a mature, south-facing, Mediterranean garden with breath-taking views over the Old Village (15-20 mins walk), the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Mountains.
Just 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 6km from Cannes.
The terraced gardens are beautifully landscaped and secluded with high hedges and include a private, heated swimming pool, pool house, table tennis and full sized boules court.
We also have a well equipped games room.
The villa has private parking for 3 cars and is secured by remote controlled electric gates.
We pride ourselves on excellent communication and service, and exceeding expectations.
The wonderful view has defined the standard for which we have tried to follow in all that we have done at the villa.
Children are very welcome at Villa Oleander and we have plastic boules for the boules court and plenty of inflatables for the heated pool.

Everything that we use when we are at the villa, is also at our guests’ disposal.
The house is well stocked with all the usual small items. From kitchen roll to kitchen foil and beach bags to umbrellas.

And also we have;

Wow!

Alastair quickly deployed his team to have the villa ready for our arrival for a last-minute booking; his communication was swift, responsive and detailed. The villa was the most perfect place for our party of three married couples to stay for our friends wedding nearby! We arrived to a chilled bottle of champagne, lovely linen, comfortable beds, bathrobe and slippers, and of course the entire place was spotlessly clean. The pool was a delight and there is no detail that has not been thought of. Stunning views of the rolling hills and Mougins. Alastair has gone to the trouble of creating a welcome book with so many beautiful recommendations from restaurants to days out too which was very helpful. The only negative is that we were not able to stay longer! Do not hesitate to book.

Das Grundstück terrassiert mit Pool, Terrassen und Balkonen, mit riesigen, alten Palmen und zauberhaften Beeten. Die äusserst geschmackvolle, aber zurückhaltende Einrichtung, die moderne Küche und renovierten Bäder, die Dekoration zur Begrüssung der Gäste (Blumen, Düfte, viele Handtücher), das Dorf mit den vielen, wunderbaren Läden und Restaurants. Fünf herrliche Tage mit Ausflügen nach Monaco, Cannes und St. Tropez. Danke, Emma & Alastair!

The surroundings are peaceful and the views are breathtaking. Our time was nothing short of exceptional and we hope to be back soon. A Blissful Two-Week Retreat at Villa Oleander

The villa's interior was cozy and tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The outdoor area was equally impressive, and we spent countless hours by the pool and enjoying the stunning garden. Our teenagers, enjoyed their time immensely, and they wanted to make sure to highlight the playroom:) During our stay we found ourselves spending a significant amount of time in the kitchen. Whether it was preparing breakfests or dinners with fresh, local ingredients, or simply enjoying a glass of wine while chatting and cooking together, the kitchen played a central role in our daily activities. It truly enhanced our overall experience and added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts that awaited us upon our arrival. It was a lovely touch that made us feel instantly at home.
