It is beautifully maintained and so much thought has gone into the needs of your guests. We particularly loved exploring all the different parts of your beautiful gardens. On top of that, the personal touch you add, for example with the welcome pack and recommendations of what to do in the area (which we used a lot) as well as Emma’s friendly and helpful advice, is really above and beyond what I’ve have seen elsewhere. We loved Mougins and would love to come back again. We also recommended the villa to our friends who live nearby in case they are ever looking for somewhere for friends to stay.
Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questa meravigliosa villa. Non ci sono parole per descriverne la bellezza, per non parlare della vista che toglie il fiato. La piscina, i giochi a disposizione le camere splendide con lenzuola e asciugamani profumati. È stato difficile uscire. Non ci sono note negative. Tutto davvero a 5 stelle. Emma ci ha accolto in modo perfetto e ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni necessarie. Speriamo di poter tornare presto. Grazie per averci permesso di vivere una tale bellezza.

I have been visited so many places but this is absolutely awesome. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, there are so many details which makes you feel like you stay in your homme or even better :) there is all you need for unforgettable holidays, relaxing areas, well maintened house and garden, pool and even gaming room! With so many attractions around you won't want to leave. Alastair as the owner was quickly responsive even last minute decision, Emma as the manager was very helpful and always smiley. Well, this is masterpiece!!
Good for three couples as a base to explore the riviera.
Villa Oleander is a lovely villa close to Mougins in a nice neighbourhood. For us, it was not walking distance to the old town in the August heat with the hills, but it is an easy two minute drive by car (and there is a large, free car park as you enter the old town so never any parking issues) and if you don't wish to drive then Uber taxis are readily available. The villa, pool and garden are all immaculately maintained and fully equipped with everything you could need including the small touches you would find in a hotel, like robes and slippers. There is a welcome pack on arrival of all essentials like milk, butter, juice etc. The villa is also well stocked with items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll and so on. There are several supermarkets in the area and a nice bakery a very short distance away. Emma, the property manager is lovely to deal with and will respond to any query or request extremely efficiently and quickly. She will happily give recommendations and advice on shopping, restaurants, etc. All in all, the villa is exactly the same as the photos and description and has an amazing view of the old town from the terrace, living area and two of the bedrooms. A great find which we would recommend and stay in again!
