Gorgeous manor on superb grounds in South Dordogne, set amid 20 acres of nature , just a step away from the scenic medieval village of Issigeac and a convenient 20 minutes drive from Bergerac airport.
After running it for twenty years as a b&b, we now open it for rent as a big home. Big swimming-pool (6mX13m) shared with the owners, hot tub, plenty of sunny or shady greenery, charming outdoor space in tranquility, ping pong table, a little lake, flower patches lawns and wild prairie. A spacious warm and airy house on spacious romantic grounds.
In the main house : 5 bedrooms each with en ensuite bathroom (extra bed possible in some of them). In the treehouse, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.
Several terraces to enjoy dinner together or relax away from the rest of your party, look for the warm sun or shade away from it. Stroll on the ample grounds to relish the garden patches or wilder bush nooks.
Pictures of the kitchen are coming soon. (for now you can view the smaller kitchen in the treehouse only), we are renovating a few items in the house this winter so will take new pictures in spring.
We live in a separate house on the property, close enough to be around to welcome you, maintain the swimming pool, tend to the gardens and be of any assistance during your stay. But independant enough so you feel at home in this lovely green part of South West France !
