Description
Otter’s Holt is a luxurious Wessex built Milbourne lodge cabin with three bed rooms and provides self catering accommodation for six people (plus two extra with an optional sofa bed in the lounge). There is one double room (en-suite) and two twin bedrooms (one of which has 2’6″ wide beds). There is decked balcony, a large lounge and a well fitted out kitchen which is equipped with all the necessities you will need for a week or two away. Otter’s Holt is set to the side of the paddock within a large grassed garden area with lovely country views and is VisitEngland 4* rated.

Otters Holt has it’s own private garden area and seating as well as the decked balcony area; some 60′ by 40′ and a few metres away we have our new BBQ cabin (BBQ Hut) for family get-togethers secure from the rain’s interference.

Living area: With electric wood burner, 42″ Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and double sofa bed.

Kitchen area: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds (3′ wide).
Bedroom 3: With twin beds (2’6″ wide).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Gas included. Large enclosed lawned garden with decked patio and garden furniture. Please note: There is a step to the decked patio.
All prices are inclusive of central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Cot and highchair available. Welcome pack. Washing/ drier, Fridge Freezer. 2-acre natural woodland grounds built-in barbecue hut and 2 portable barbecues (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. Recreation room with table football, table tennis and a selection of books/DVDs (shared with other properties on-site). No smoking. Large, fenced duck pond in the grounds.
All bookings are based on 7 days with a Friday arrival, outside of prime holiday weeks or when we have short term availability, short breaks may be available
