The accommodation was perfect for our family of 6, and had everything you could need. The pool was a bonusfor the children, and the complex is well kept and looked after. The location really couldnt be better! Right next to the beach and the local shops and eateries. Jane was a super hots with great communication and helpful information and instructions. In short the accommodation was perfect and in a beautiful part of the world. Will definitely recommend to others and hops to stay again soon.
We absolutely love Mawgan Porth as a holiday destination. Bungalow within walking distance to the town and beech. Bungalow itself could do with decorating and modernising and areas need a good clean - lots of cobwebs especially underneath bunk beds and bathroom. Shower fan makes a load noise Friendly people in the complex just needs a freshen up

This is an amazing Beach location with swimming pool just steps away .... we get 5 Star reviews so i am surprised by yr comments and the fact that you didnt mention anything .. we could have easily sent the cleaner.... you have mentioned to me that you would stay again in a heartbeat and how it is a lovely property .... so i am a bit confused why you didnt say this in review ... f fully fitted kitchen with new washing machine + large fridge freezer .... new large shower enclosure
We had a fantastic stay at this bungalow. The location is perfect, the shops, restaurants + the beach are literally a 1 minute walk away. We loved thelocal area, everyone was very friendly and its a beautiful spot. The bungalow is comfortable and has everything you need. There is a great modern power shower, we got 1 really hot day , and it was lovely to have access to the swimming pooland to lie on the sun loungers by the pool which is all included for your stay. The pool is right in front of the bungalow. All other residents are very nice, friendly and chatty. Its mostly families and has a nice atmosphere, There is private parking for the bungalow which is great bonus as i went in peak season and it can get very busy. Would recommend and would come back if i get a chance!
This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will be booking for next year. Jane offers such great value for such a prime location at the beach and with swimming pool just steps from the bungalow, easy to pop back for a drink or a snack. Very relaxing. Amazing location with the beach literally just around the corner aswell as restaurants local pub shops take away! Just perfect. Prime location with parking near the beach, this alone saves us such alot of money and the hassle of parking near the beach. We arrive here and are instantly chilled in this idyllic beach location. Wonderful spacious bungalow well equipped with everything you could need. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Newly fitted large shower enclosure in the large bathroom Lounge area has patio doors leading to relaxing patio areas, with the pool right there. Everything is just fabulous - even the beds are made up with wonderful Hotel ware linen. Thanks Jane 11 out of 10 We wil be staying each year as this is the best place we have ever stayed in Cornwall with everything so close. Thanks again x We love it .

We had a fabulous week here for Oct half term. Amazing location with the beach just around the corner and parking opposite the complex, so no need to pay high parking charges at the beach! This is a lovely well equipped modern bungalow with more space than we expected. The tennis courts were a great advantage and just a shame the swimming pool was not open as it was now quite cold. There is a great pub nr the beach and lovely take away and restaurant and shops and Surf School. We have already booked again for next summer and we can''t wait.
Good accommodation with plenty of room for 4 adults and children. Well supplied with equipment and good parking opposite. It was very close to the beach and shops and all very convenient. There was good room for sitting outside and a lovely pool. All very safe and well cared for.
