Description

The accommodation at 98 Fountain Villas is set over three floors with the kitchen, living and dining spaces on the found floor with bedroom, bathrooms and a second breakfast kitchen on the first and second floors.

As you approach the property from the road, there is a large drive at the front of the house which has ample parking space for five cars & a seating area overlooking the promenade. There is a side access which leads to an enclosed rear garden and patio which can also be accessed from the breakfast kitchen on the 2nd floor.

The entrance to 98 Fountain Villas is into the beautiful hallway with high ceilings and a wealth of original features. To the left of the entrance is the dining room which overlooks the promenade and river. The dining room has the space to seat sixteen guests in comfort to enjoy a meal together. After your meal, guests can relax in the large lounge across the hallway.

The lounge has comfortable seating for all guests and a wall mounted smart TV so you can relax and enjoy a movie night or your favourite shows, alternately there is a selection of games and books for all ages.

At the back of the house is a superbly appointed fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a large range cooker with gas hobs and electric ovens, a dishwasher and a fully integrated larger fridge. The kitchen has all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and gadgets to cook and serve a meal for all guests staying in the house.
There is also access to a really useful walk-in pantry with open shelving, a fridge freezer with an ice making facility and a washing machine.

A cloakroom with space for shoes boots and coats is off the hallway along with a downstairs WC.

Travelling up the original balustrade staircase you reach the first floor with four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The house faces south, giving the bedrooms a pleasant light atmosphere through the large windows along with views down the promenade and river. All bedrooms are decorated in cool calm and sophisticated colours with furniture and storage that compliments the overall design scheme.

The first flooor rooms are as follows:
