La Bergerie at Chez Carreau is a beautifully restored detached stone cottage that sleeps 2 people. The property has been renovated to a very high standard and includes use of bbq, paved patio area and sun deck, extensive gardens and private swimming pool.La Bergerie is located in the Perigord Limousin Natural Regional Park and stands in its own 5 acre grounds with very pretty gardens, surrounded by chestnut and pine woods in the unspoilt countryside of the Dordogne/Haute Vienne, Nouvelle Aquitaine.
There are beautiful lakes with sandy beaches for safe swimming, and the unspoilt countryside offers endless wooded lanes for excellent walking and wildlife.
There is a large private swimming pool with Roman steps (exclusive use) and private fishing lake available to our guests.
Other things to note
We are new to advertising on Simply Owners having lost our previous website advertising due to technical difficulties experienced by the website owner. We have successfully run our holiday cottage for over 20 years and have many return visitors and many very positive reviews, but are unable to show these here as they were unfortunately lost. We hope this will explain the lack of reviews available at the moment.
