Conveniently located directly opposite Marazion's magnificent sandy beach, Beady Pool is just a few minutes walk from Marazion's town centre with its high quality restaurants, traditional pubs and cosy cafes. The town has a variety of specialist shops and galleries selling arts and crafts produced by local artists.

This well appointed ground floor apartment provides spacious comfortable contemporary accommodation for two people with a private glazed patio providing fabulous panoramic sea views right across the wide expanse of Mount's Bay, ideal for al fresco dining.

The living room with dining area has south facing double doors opening onto the glazed patio and has views of the iconic St Michaels Mount. There is a recently re-fitted well-equipped kitchen (also with sea view) and a large master bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite shower room and WC.

The property is directly on the South West Coast Path, close to Marazion Marsh RSPB reserve and only 80m from the beach and tidal causeway to St Michael's Mount, surely one of England’s most incredible seaside castles. It is on the local bus route and just a short drive from the train line to St Ives.

From the parking area/private entrance to the complex of properties, you walk up four steps to the property and your glazed deck area. There is then another step into the property itself.
