''Wow'' from the moment we arrived for the week until we left ''wow'' was the word. Whether it be the beautiful location and views, the wonderful gite, the pool, or the high standard and quality of everything, ''wow'' was the word. We have stayed in many gites, chateaux and villas over the years but this is the best by far. But it did not end there. The place is special and lovely but what makes it the best are Ian and Carol ( oh and not forgetting Pacha either), hosts who know how to provide support, help and warm friendship if and when needed. Their vision, style and years of honing the high standard makes la Fleureau the wonderful, tranquil place it is. Somewhere we won''t forget and hope to enjoy again. P.S. Sally says if you ever need a dog sitter for Pacha please let us know!
We visited La Fleureau as a family and had a wonderful week. The Gite was well equipped and beautifully clean. Our hosts were welcoming and only too happy to assist with information about where to visit and what to do. They booked us two exceptional restaurants. The pool was lovely and the grounds restful. Would definitely recommend and hopefully go back another year.
