29 May 2017Reviewed by John W We have recently returned from holiday for the fourteenth year from one of the best locations in cornwall a truly little piece of heaven in every way. Dogs are very welcome although we don't have a dog we still choose to go there. A friendly and beautiful place.
We have visited here several times and each time have had a fantastic holiday. Really love this place. Its quiet and very comfortable. Real home from home. Fantastic nights sleep in comfortable beds. Great baths and showers. Log fires for cozy evenings in. Plenty of excellent pubs/restaurants nearby or eat at home in well equipped kitchen.
What else is there to say, trenant cottages are an absolute little gem of a find. Stunning rural surroundings but minutes from looe, beautifully kept holiday cottages with very efficient and friendly hosts. We all loved our break, my only complaint is we didn't book for longer! We will be back very soon x
Beautifully presented, homely cottage. Truly dog-friendly. Super clean. Wonderful to have secure and private garden to cottage. So very tranquil, but just a mile from Looe - really the best of both worlds, country and coast! Hosts very welcoming and helpful, without being at all obtrusive, living just down the lane. The woods on the doorstep were full of bluebells and wild garlic and we loved the mooing of the cows! Doggie treats, fresh flowers, homemade cream tea and a pint of milk on arrival. Warm and cosy with the real fire a very nice bonus and comfy sofa and beds. Perfect, thank you, we hope to return.
we have been lucky enough to have stayed here twice, both cottages were excellent with everything you could need, the location is perfect and beautiful and the hosts could not be better, we look forward to going back, our two dogs enjoyed it also. sam & steve and two whippets !
Just come back from a weeks holiday, on trenanthe farm in lady Pamela's cottage. On our arrival there waiting for us was a tray all set out for tea and minice pies with fresh cream in the fridge. The cottage was very clean and modern but cosy. We had a log fire which we lit in the evenings. The grounds the cottages are set in are beautiful and well maintained. Lucy the daughter of Rob and liz, was on hand if you needed anything or for general information. We would highly recommend the cottage.
