There is something here for everyone; daily walks, cycling, exploring the picturesque market towns of Crickhowell, Brecon, Abergavenny, and a little further afield the famous book lovers town of Hay on Wye, or spending time visiting local outdoor pursuit attractions such as Llangorse Lake, the Black Mountains or local biking attractions.

Discover the surrounding area on foot, by bike, or even via the water on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. There are opportunities to suit every guest, whether you prefer to spend the day shopping and exploring local towns, taking part in the huge range of outdoor activities within a few miles of the property or evenings spent catching up with loved ones in the local pubs within walking distance of the property.

Riversdale has been a great base for the Greenman Festival, The house is in a peaceful setting and the local area is stunning. Recommended places o visit is the Book café in Crickhowell and anywhere with a footpath sign. Thanks for your help and Welcome drinks.

Travelled from High Wycombe, During our stay weather was mainly Sunny, Thanks very much for everything, we had a lovely time and some wonderful meals from the pubs. If you like walking and spectacular views our day out at Pen -Y-fan mountain was fantastic, as was walks along village canal and river. Visits to Crickhowell , Brecon, Abergavenny and Hay on Wye. It was lovely to meet you and thank you for being so welcoming.

wonderful location to visit lots of great places, very friendly people. had lovely food at the local pubs. The Bungalow is very well equipped. recommend places to visit: Walks along the nearby canal and river towards Crickhowell. Brecon with its Cathedral and National Park. Big Pit & Ironworks at Blaenavon. The local town Crickhowell. Thank you for being very welcoming. A really lovely break away.
