Within walking distance of the stunning West Wales Coast path and the little fishing village of Llangrannog. Sit by the log fire and watch the amazing array of birds and wildlife through the stunning picture windows. Woodpeckers, Jays, Herons, Tawny Owls and Barn Owls. Even the Kingfisher and Otter pay a visit now and again. Watch Red Kites and Buzzards soar overhead. Enjoy pure P&Q in this little slice of heaven. 30 minute walk takes you to the West Wales Coast Path where dolphins and seals are regularly spotted. A stunning circular walk follows the stunning coast path to the pretty village at Llangrannog. Here overlooking the beautiful blue flag beach you will find excellent cafes and pubs and even an award winning pizzaria! Fully refreshed you can return via a beautiful woodland path to your peaceful hideaway in the woods.

By Rachael & Rob on 25-Nov-2024Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay Norma & james. Third time, is certainly a charm. We can’t believe it’s been 3 years, it certainly feels like home. We seemed to pack a lot more in this time, despite the late starts! We would certainly recommend a visit to cow companions in Mydroilin only 20 mins away. Very relaxing spending time cuddling cows and chatting to the sanctuary owner Graham. Really fun! Lovely walks and cosy fires in Y Caban have made for another fabulous stay & we can’t wait to return again! The flowers & warm fire on our late arrival were also lovely. Thank you!
Fabulous Walks, lovely beaches, loads of Dolphins!

Babies as well. Some seals too. Made to feel very welcome and Y Caban is cosy. The dogs loved it. Thanks Norma & James.

By Sarah & Mark on 29-Oct-2024We were greeted by Norma & James a lovely warm welcome on our first visit to y Caban. Our short stay was just what we needed, in such beautiful surroundings. We were warm and cosy in the evenings and felt homely. The surrounding area is fantastic and today 29th Oct our last full day we viewed 4 dolphins in Llangrannog! Making memories, jumping in the open waters! Overall we home to return as we have so much more to explore. Red Kites fly and glide in the skies, simply lovely to view whilst walking. Thank you Norma & James. The grounds are well kept as are your holiday lets.
