Description

The Stables Cottages at Ellen Hall were converted from the original farm stables. Each cottage retains the stable door entrance and the upper hayloft opening is now a French window onto a shared balcony affording views over the courtyard to open farmland.

The cottage is “upside down”, with the double bedroom and en-suite shower room on the ground floor and the open plan living area upstairs. Cosy and warm for the winter months with an open fire-flame-effect electric stove, it is also fully insulated, with double glazing and storage heating. It is equipped with modern kitchen appliances including microwave, and has digital/smart TV and DVD. Decorated, with natural pine woodwork, this cottage has a cosy cabin feeling.

Don,t forget the Hot Tub! Any of our cottages can privately hire the 6 seater hydrotherapy spa, situated in it's own log cabin within the grounds.

Surprise your partner! Flowers, champagne, chocolates, balloons, a fruit basket or wine can be arranged to greet you on your arrival. Please request this at the time of booking.

The electricity is paid for by a £1 coin meter (approx £3 a day) bed and kitchen linen is provided and we can provide bath towels for a small extra charge.
