By Rachel on 01-Jan-2024We had a great time staying in the house over new year. The house was perfect for a large group and just as John described it. It’s well located for walks around the lakes and close to 2 local pubs. John was a great host, friendly, prompt replies, lots of recommendations for walks in the local area and helped up quickly feel right at home. I would recommend John’s house to anyone looking for a little escape and hope to visit again next year!

Great place; nice location
By Shannon on 10-Aug-2024Great place that was able to fit 10 people. Nice location that is close to a few walking areas. Had an outside area that was great to sit at and get some sunshine. The conservatory was the best part! Very cozy especially when there was a rain storm. Unfortunately we couldn’t play table tennis or pool but glad it’s being ordered for the next guests. Plenty of other different games to play in the living room for a rainy day. John was speedy with his replies, was accommodating and ensured we were happy Overall guests all enjoyed themselves! Thank you John for the great stay, would recommend for big groups like friends or family!
