Situated in a secure 7 acre estate in the department of Aveyron (Midi Pyrenees)We are located on the edge of a small friendly village (the local shop is only 100 meters from the front gate..
Great for fresh croissants - pain au chocolate... etc etc....
In the village we have the usual bar Tabac for news papers - coffee etc..
There is also two small restaurants serving local produce.
Throughout the year the village hosts several Fetes.. The main one being early June incorporating a 15k run up and down the gorge.
The house is set in 7 acres of park and has a private heated ..covered swimming pool (June to October)Hot tub..Bread Oven ...Paella cooker..Gym and Games Room (Pool table and Table football..Juke Box.. Free Wi-Fi. We also have a selection of bikes..and several outdoor games.. Croquet ..Badminton ...Table tennis etc
