Leave ReviewLovely house
By Heather M on 30-Mar-2025We booked this lovely house at the last minute as we were let down with our original holiday booking and oh boy what a find. A stunning location overlooking the river dart and Dartmouth . Set over 3 levels with views from everyone window. Top floor was really special . Great to have a cup of tea or glass of wine and watch the comings and goings on the river. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. 2 lovely pubs on the doorstep with lots of choices for eating out in Dartmouth . £4 return on the ferry which runs continuously across to Dartmouth until late at night. We had a lovely walk to Dartmouth castle . Will definately come back as we were only here a few days and would have loved to stay longer. 10 out of 10 for location , comfort and amenities. Be aware lots of steps up to the property and house set over 3 floors so not suitable for everyone but perfect for us to work off the calories amassed in the local eateries.
Exceptional

Beautiful, stunning!
By Sean T-B on 10-Oct-2024Morocco House is beautiful, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen and views across the river to Dartmouth that are stunning! The location is great, incredibly quiet yet close to the ferry, car park and a couple of pubs and coffee shops. The hosts were great at answering questions and recommendations on restaurants and places to visit were really useful. We will be back!
A gem of a stay, with glorious views!
By Andy Fry on 01-May-2024What a wonderful bolt hole with glorious views! We have always loved coming to Dartmouth, this is truly the best visit yet. The cottage is outstanding complete with charm and views from every window. Every thought has gone into the needs of the holiday maker with everything you could possibly need to make the stay perfect. Our pooch Martha loved her stay too, she liked watching the boats from the top floor balcony! The wet area in the ground floor cloakroom was very useful and I imagine for winter breaks a godsend. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we have already recommended this cottage to family and friends and hope to be back soon.

Three times happy
By Paul H on 07-Jan-2024A beautiful, relaxing stay between Christmas and New Year. The house was decorated just right. We''ve visited now during three seasons and each has proved wonderful. With crazy weather, it was terrific to have the ferries so close. I love going round the house looking at the pictures, ornaments and soft furnishings. The house was lovely and warm throughout the stay
Awesome holiday
By Matthew C on 17-Jul-2023We loved the location, overlooking Dartmouth which is stunning day and night. Take care with any Google directions and just stick to the main road. Avoid coming off the main road via Higher Street, alongside The Ship Inn - as we did! Accommodation is perfect and the ferry just a short walk away takes you straight into Dartmouth.
