Description

Sand Bay Retreat is situated in a tranquil setting in rural countryside by an all year round dog friendly beach and less than ten minutes drive from junction 21 of the M4. Unspoilt Sand Bay in the village of Kewstoke is often referred to as Weston-super-Mares hidden gem as there are only a few miles on the coastal road between the two areas.
The accommodation is extremely dog-friendly and there are no additional charges for them to join you. Dog throws and towels are provided so that they can be comfortable wherever they like. The garden is surrounded with a 6 foot wall/fence and there’s plenty of freezer space for those dogs on a raw food diet. Generally speaking, up to 3 large or 4 small dogs are allowed but please make contact to discuss any other combinations.
Sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms both with comfortable beds: one with twin beds and the other with a king size bed. These rooms and the shower room are situated off the big open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen with French doors leading onto the secured garden.
The lounge is bright and airy with a vaulted ceiling and 2 large skylights providing lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and the accommodation is always fully up to date with the latest fire regulations.
There is a bus terminal at the end of the road opposite the beach which is in a short walking distance from the property.
Dog friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs are in abundance in the surrounding areas. There is a dog friendly pub, hotel which serves food plus fish and chip restaurant within the village.
There are no additional charges for bank holiday weeks or when special events are being held nearby.
Weekly charges for 2025 are from £700 to £900.
