Sitting at the eastern edge of the Lake District on the old A6 (Shap fell road) 750ft above sea level in open countryside with stunning views.Great location to explore the north and south lakes and western dales. Only 5 mins by car from the market town of Kendal which has an excellent range of local services.
For those of you looking for a quieter walking holiday there are many local walks with stunning views away from the madding crowd including one of the famous Wainwright walks starting only 100yds from the apartment.
Accommodation is an open plan living dining and kitchen area with fridge oven, hob, microwave Smart TV etc. There is a separate comfortable bedroom with double bed. A wet room with rain shower and a porch with washing machine and drying radiator. There is underfloor heating throughout. Outside there is gated off road parking and a small garden.
There are many local attractions without travelling far including Castles ,Country houses, Outdoor adventure, Bird watching centres, Horse ridding, Golf, Boat trips and of course the Lakes.
