Description
Situated on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight, Isola is a charming period house overlooking St Helen’s village green. It is comfortably furnished and just a short walk from the local sandy beach, Bembridge Harbour and St Helen’s Duver, a wide stretch of grass and sand dunes managed by the National Trust.
Facilities in the village include a post office and shop, a pub, a restaurant and there is a children's play area on the village green.
Isola offers accommodation for up to 9 people. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite shower room. A family bathroom serves a twin room (which can be converted to a superking by arrangement), a single and the fourth bedroom has a pair of 3’ bunks. In addition, a single Z bed and travel cot are also available for young children. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed and open fire, a downstairs utility room with a shower and WC and a large kitchen diner overlooking the enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of the house.
There is no designated parking for Isola, but there is unrestricted parking immediately outside the house and all around the village green.
Isola is open from March to December, with a Friday changeover. Out of season short breaks may be available by arrangement.
