• Ideal for a walking holiday – adjoining Isle of Wight Coastal Footpath and a network of country paths
• Good for beach holidays – beach 15 minutes walk.
• New kitchen and bathroom
• 20% discount on Wightlink ferries if you ask me to book.
Discounts on rental if booked 6 months ahead or for just 2 guests.

ACCOMMODATION all on one level:
• Open plan living/ dining room with patio doors giving beautiful views across the countryside.
• Newly fitted kitchen including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.
• One double bedroom (4ft6 bed) and one single (3 ft bed). Bedrooms are compact but both have hanging space and drawers for your clothes. Hairdryer provided.
• Brand new bathroom with high-power shower over bath, heated towel rail and shaver point.
• Electric heating throughout plus Wi-Fi included. Car parking. Electric car charge point nearby.

The patio has views of Colwell Bay and countryside, and table, chairs and loungers (note that the patio and surrounding grassed areas are not fenced). From the other side of the bungalow you can see “The Needles” at the far west of the Island and Hurst Castle & lighthouse across the Solent.
No smoking. Sorry but guests are not allowed to bring dogs under the rules of the holiday park (except for assistance dogs). Bed linen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.

LOCATION: On the coast in West Wight, the quieter part of the Isle of Wight. The bungalow is on a quiet cliff-top holiday park with its own private beach (down steps), and within 20 minutes walk of Colwell Bay, one of the best local beaches. The holiday park is quiet with no clubhouse or entertainment but there is a playing field, children’s play equipment, golf, tennis court and launderette.

From “Sea Breezes” it is 20 minutes walk along the coastal path to Fort Victoria Country Park, with various attractions and a café overlooking the Solent and Hurst Castle. Yarmouth is a mile or two further on - a charming small harbour town with a castle and boat trips. Freshwater Village (about 1 mile to west) has plenty of shops including Tesco, Sainsburys and Co-op and also a large indoor swimming pool and leisure centre. Riding stable nearby. Explore the Island by car or bus (nearest bus stop 20 minutes walk). Selection of pubs & restaurants within 10 minutes drive.

In the living room you will find maps, books, jigsaws, puzzle books, TV, information about the surrounding area, local walk routes and attractions on the Island.

FERRY: 20% discount on Wightlink ferries if you ask me to book:
• Wightlink Lymington-Yarmouth car ferry (2 miles to terminal)
• Wightlink Portsmouth-Fishbourne car ferry (17 miles to terminal)
If it suits you better, there is a Red Funnel car ferry Southampton-East Cowes (17 miles to terminal) - book this yourself, no discount.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Lovely & quiet

By N & S on 14-Sep-2024

Bungalow is small but well equipped, new kitchen & bathroom so all nice & clean with new carpet. Lovely views but quite close to cliff edge so maybe not suited to families with young children. Kitchen is well equipped with cooker & hob although we didn’t use either. The only negatives were a very uncomfortable sofa & armchair which maybe the owners could think about renewing.

Owner response on 24-Sep-2024

Thank you for your review and it's good that you found it well equipped, like everyone else. I'm sorry you found the sofa and armchair uncomfortable, as nobody else has mentioned this, and actually when we stay there we find them comfortable. The bungalow is not set up for young children and only sleeps 3. It does say in the description that the grounds are unfenced and it is on the cliff top.

4 nights stay.

Away from it all!

By Peter Marsh on 30-Aug-2024

We have just had a week at number 38 Cliff End and greatly enjoyed the lack of noise apart from the wildlife and the sound of the sea in the background. It may not be so peaceful at the height of the summer, but it is so close to the sea and has spectacular views. It is easy to get down to the beach, and is possible to view the state of the tide beforehand. The property is very comfortable and well equipped and the owner has been very thoughtful in including various facilities. It is a lovely property to visit.

Thanks for your comments. This is our own holiday home so we have tried to equip it well.

A wonderful place to relax with all your needs covered

By Serena Kurash on 31-Jul-2024

We are a family of three and had a wonderful time. The bungalow has everything that you can imagine that you might need for a trip away - plus a sea view….. what more could you want? Our only piece of advice would be that you are on the west of the island so you really do need a car to get around.

Owner response on 12-Aug-2024

Thank you for your kind comments. I think most people would bring a car, and I do offer a discount on Wightlink if I book the car ferry. However it is possible to use the bus to increase your options for walking, eg by doing a one way walk. There is a half mile walk to the bus stop. If the weather was good you could spend a lot of time on the local beach which is only 15 minutes walk.

Well equipped and great location

By Lisa & David Wells on 05-Jul-2024

We had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes, the lovely bungalow was a great place to stay. We could tell that everything was new and everything we could need was there. We found it was a good location for getting round the island.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sea Breezes. The bungalow is very well equipped. It has a fantastic view of the sea and surrounding land. Access to great walks to Colwell Bay and Yarmouth. Lots of wildlife to view from the building.
