The property affords the benefit of two families having their own private accommodation if they wish as there is smaller ground floor accommodation adjoining, but still sharing the whole property. Electric heating throughout. Facing east at the rear, guests will enjoy the sun rising and moving around to the west in the evening, setting over the sea.
The gravel driveway has ample parking for 2/3 cars. The enclosed garden offers a safe space to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine, perfect for children to play and adults to relax. The rear garden has decking (with step) outside the garden room and is safely enclosed and mostly lawned.
Front entrance into the main bungalow. Spacious lounge/diner, with cloaks area, interconnecting door to separate side accommodation (this can be locked). At the end of the room is a separate shower room having WC, shower and washbasin. Bedroom with double bed from the kitchen. Door from lounge to large kitchen with door to garden room having sink and fridge, handy for drinks to take out to the decking and garden. An excellent place for eating at any time of day! Two small sofa beds for children only. Please state if needed as housekeeper with leave bedding.
Adjoining accommodation with private entrance into small kitchen with fridge, (with freezer compartment), electric cooker. Living room which is an ideal room for children to use as their separate TV escape! Bedroom having twins. Shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.
