This well equipped 4 bedroom detached chalet bungalow along Hunstanton's cliff top is only minutes from the beach. Magnificent panoramic views overlook the Wash to the Lincolnshire Wolds and Skegness in the distance. The property offers a wonderful situation for a holiday. Ample parking in the driveway leading to the patio, conservatory and enclosed gardens. Gas centrally heated, the accommodation is fully carpeted and comprises:

Ground floor; Entrance via side door in to hallway.
Large ‘L‘ shaped lounge/diner with constant changing sea views. 50 inch Freeview TV/DVD
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Toledo Range cooker and table with 6 chairs. Conservatory leads off the kitchen, which has direct access to the rear garden. Cane sofa and chairs. Dining table and 6 chairs. View to the garden.
Bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. (this is next to the double bedroom). Shower room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Main hallway off which you will find the three spacious ground floor bedrooms, one with a double, and two twins. (One of the twin bedrooms has sea views). Ikea wooden Cot in the downstairs double bedroom.

First floor; Staircase from the hall, leading to dormer bedroom with sea views, Juliette balcony. Two single beds & TV. Bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin and WC.

Garden; Large lawn area surrounded by shrub flower beds. A wooden gate to the side entrance to secure pets and children from the road. Charcoal BBQ.

Parking: On the driveway for 3 or 4 cars.

Accidental damage waiver of £25 payable on each booking. £30 per week per pet.

Having plenty of room to move about with four of us staying. Parking was a must. Warm and well looked after property.

Returning visit,location is perfect for all ages walks either way from the front door.views to enjoy for the less mobile family members.Great secure garden for dog and sun trap enjoying the quietness away from the crowds in town.
