Sorry, no pets, no smoking. 3 nights min stay (7 nights in peak season, and Saturday changeover day). Electric Car Charging point.

The 1 bedroom accommodation is single storey (ground floor) and designed with visitor comfort and convenience in mind. Forming part of an ancient building, all modern comforts are provided and the barn is furnished in a contemporary style. Outside, The Threshing Barn at Hole has its own private paved patio with table and chairs, sun-chairs and a Weber gas bbq, and guests are very welcome to explore the 48 acre farm which has stunning views over towards Dartmoor and species rich meadows full of wild flowers, herbs and grasses. Donkeys, goat, cow, sheep, chickens and George the goose all ready to greet you. Lovely freshly laid eggs every morning (hopefully!).

A path and 3 steps down from the car park and a step up from the patio leads into the huge open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen with vaulted ceiling and beams and woodburning stove. All linen and towels are provided, as are an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and logs for the wood burning stove.
All heating and electricity is included in the price. (additional charge for use of EV charger).
(NB, This is a farm, with livestock, ponds, ditches and a lake, uneven surfaces and steps. Please take care.)
