Open plan living area – well-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer. Dining table and chairs. Comfy 3 piece suite, Smart TV/DVD with Freeview, CD/radio. Patio doors to outside seating area.
Upstairs
2 pretty dormer bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.
Master bedroom – double bed.
Second bedroom – 2 x 3ft single beds
The Hayloft is centrally heated throughout.
Free WiFi., communal freezer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, cot, stair gate, and high chair.
One small dog by arrangement
Outside:
Gravel seating area with garden table and chairs, sun umbrella and barbeque.
Use of on-site playbarn with Playstation, table football, toys, books and games for all ages.
EV Charging Points
The owners, Liz and Ian live on site and are on hand to welcome you to Tregathenan as well as to help you make the very best of your visit to South West Cornwall. Tregathenan is also home to the owners' many animals, including ducks, chickens, geese and a small herd of alpacas.
Guests are welcome to join the alpaca walk on Wednesday afternoons. Booking essential.
