Our modern Swift Bordeaux caravan has 2 bedrooms and is well furnished. There is a 5ft bed in the large master bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (can be pushed together to make a double). The property sleeps 4 persons. 1 dog per booking (2 would be considered) is welcome there is an additional charge of £30 per dog. There is a family bathroom in the hall way with walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own meals and relax in front of the Smart TV. We have a large fridge and freezer if you wish to stock up at the beginning of your holiday. There are comfortable sofas in the lounge area as well as little stools that pull out from under the coffee table. The flame effect fire is lovely to sit in front of when the nights get cooler. There is also full gas central heating throughout. In the dining area there a dining table with 4 chairs. WIFI has been installed in the caravan. There are 2 terraces that wrap around the caravan with plenty of outdoor tables and chairs ideal for dining alfresco and enjoying the sunshine
There are electric chargers in Park Dean carpark or you can plug your car in through the window
Minimum stay is usually 5 nights. Please contact me to see if a discount can be applied for your dates. This is a no smoking property however guests are welcome to smoke outside.

The caravan is located within Park Dean Holiday Park - Lizard Point, Mullion, Cornwall

The site has recently been refurbished, Park Dean spent 1M and now has many new facilities including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, crazy golf, children's playground, clip and climb, Bear Grylls survival training and many activities. You can purchase some lovely meals, breakfast, lunch or dinner from the new restaurant. Often there is live entertainment on the outside stage
Passes need to be purchased to use the facilities eg. swimming pools, clip and climb, crazy golf etc. Will post the 2023 prices as soon as I receive. It is not necessary to buy passes to buy food or drink from the restaurant or kiosks.

Local Area - it's 1.8 miles to the charming, traditional coastal village of Mullion and just over 5 miles to the incredible and famous Kynance Cove with it's turquoise sea, white sands and rock stacks or Lizard Point, the most southerly point of the British Mainland, with it's dramatic rugged coastline - you may be lucky enough to spot a seal

There are many attractions to suit all the family close by including the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, Bonython Estate Gardens, Flambards Theme Park, Museum of Cornish Life, Portleven harbour - to name but a few.
