Description

Chy ryb Connerton, a detached bungalow annexe situated just outside Hayle with amazing rural views towards St. Ives, accommodates up to 3 people in 2 bedrooms. It is under a 10 minute drive to the huge beach at Gwithian Towans and only 5 minutes to Hayle itself with it's shops, restaurants and facilities.

Tucked away but within easy distance of the main routes, we are in an excellent location to visit St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole, and both the superb north and south coasts are easy to reach

From the door it is just a 6 minute walk to the local shop and petrol station.

At Chy ryb Connerton one bedroom has a very comfy king-size bed, and the second an equally cosy single bed.

Fast free wi-fi, Smart tv and blu-ray dvd player.

The annexe has an enclosed garden with seating on a terrace which is accessible through patio doors. Relax here and you may be rewarded with a grandstand view of the often stunning sunsets.

Please note that the fridge in the annexe is an undercounter larder type, therefore it does not have a freezer compartment, and that there is no freezer in the, otherwise well-equipped, kitchen area.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for £20 per stay - Further dogs by arrangement. You can of course have cuddles with your dog on the sofa and chairs, using the dog throws provided. Though sadly, out of respect for our other guests who do not have pets, we can not allow dogs in the bedrooms – stairgates are provided so that you can keep your bedroom doors open if required.

Although the garden is fenced it is not suitable for dogs prone to escaping.

Please note we can not accept any other types of pets in the annexe.

Normally there is a minimum stay 5 nights out of season, but please ask and we will try and meet your needs as best as we can.

Changeover day is usually Saturday for 7 night bookings.

Regrettably the annexe is not suitable for children under 9.

Off-road parking is available next to the annexe entrance

No dogs in any of the bedrooms, on the beds or left alone please

Probably the best!

Rob and Rhoda really are the perfect Hosts! We have stayed in many airbnb's but this is probably the best! Their annexe is spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable bed, fab Shower and a lovely private Garden and patio to enjoy the amazing views! The location is great, Beaches a short drive away and some great eating places locally! only regret is that we didn't book it for longer but we will be back! Thank you!

The hosts where very friendly and helpful, greeted with biscuits and tea, very welcome after a long journey. The place was very clean, furniture comfortable, and all kitchen items available and suitable for our stay. Really good location and good road network to many places of interest.

We had a wonderful stay and felt welcomed and at home from the first moments we arrived. Rob and Rhoda are the most friendly and responsive hosts. They made us a very welcome cup of tea on our arrival and gave us insider tips on where to eat, what to do and driving routes meaning we saw more than we could have planned for. The annexe is lovely and has all you need with the most beautiful uninterrupted views across fields to the sea. We all had a wonderful time.

Our regular stay at Rob’s place to visit friends. It’s always sparkling clean, we love it here. A delightful decent size garden for the dogs and sitting on the patio watching the sunset is stunning. Close to the wonderful dog friendly Gwithian beach and set in a quiet location. Always a good meal at the local Angarrack Inn and only a short drive into Hayle with many more choices of eateries. Excellent value for money, we will be back!

Stunning holiday home, home from home, beds comfy better than our own. So clean with lovely fluffy towels. Everything you need fantastic hosts Rob and Rhoda are the Dream Team! Booked for 4 nights lucky enough to be able to stay an extra night. Absolutely loved it. St Ives and Penzance so close hopes on buses really cheap there and back even went in the Thermal Pool in Penzance - 35 degrees! Cannot thank Rob and Rhoda enough really enjoyed our stay, will be back even the 4 hour journey from Cardiff would not put us off. Thanks again both xxx

Welcoming and comfortable annexe with everything you need to enjoy a few days break. The apartment offers everything 2/3 people need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The WiFi, TV extras, and parking are welcome extras that you don’t get everywhere you stay. Visiting family that live close by – so a great location for us. Many thanks
