Rob and Rhoda's annexe was exactly as described, tastefully decorated, squeaky clean and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery/cutlery and utensils. It was perfect for our needs - and the amazing view was an added bonus! Rob was very responsive to messages and shared lots of useful information before we arrived to ensure we were prepared for our few days away. Thank you both for the ideal getaway in between Christmas and New Year!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rob & Rhoda’s place. The accommodation is very well kept and has everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was super comfy and the area so quiet that we enjoyed very restful sleeps. We had some lovely weather, so we were able to enjoy the immaculate garden. There were chairs available too so we were able to sit out in comfort enjoying the lovely sunsets. The shower was perfect, with constant hot water available and lovely fluffy towels! There was an excellent information pack, which gave us everything we needed to know about the place and the local area. Rob was always available to offer advice. We’re both keen walkers and didn’t wish to use our car all the time. Having a dog meant we were slightly limited to get out without the car as the off road walking options are limited but we still managed it on one occasion and Rob’s instructions were useful. Good private parking and overall a great base for this area of Cornwall.
Rob and Rhoda really are the perfect Hosts! We have stayed in many airbnb's but this is probably the best! Their annexe is spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable bed, fab Shower and a lovely private Garden and patio to enjoy the amazing views! The location is great, Beaches a short drive away and some great eating places locally! only regret is that we didn't book it for longer but we will be back! Thank you!
The hosts where very friendly and helpful, greeted with biscuits and tea, very welcome after a long journey. The place was very clean, furniture comfortable, and all kitchen items available and suitable for our stay. Really good location and good road network to many places of interest.
We had a wonderful stay and felt welcomed and at home from the first moments we arrived. Rob and Rhoda are the most friendly and responsive hosts. They made us a very welcome cup of tea on our arrival and gave us insider tips on where to eat, what to do and driving routes meaning we saw more than we could have planned for. The annexe is lovely and has all you need with the most beautiful uninterrupted views across fields to the sea. We all had a wonderful time.
Our regular stay at Rob’s place to visit friends. It’s always sparkling clean, we love it here. A delightful decent size garden for the dogs and sitting on the patio watching the sunset is stunning. Close to the wonderful dog friendly Gwithian beach and set in a quiet location. Always a good meal at the local Angarrack Inn and only a short drive into Hayle with many more choices of eateries. Excellent value for money, we will be back!
