Rowan sleeps 2
is the first studio apartment with a decking area and bi-fold windows.
The front part of the studio has been converted to a galley kitchen and dinning area.
One step up takes you into the lounge area and bedroom with a king-size bed that can be made up as double or twin upon request.
Mulberry Apartment sleeps two
This ground floor apartment has a large kitchen and an open plan dining area ideal for 2 people allowing comfortable self-catering.
Dining area then leads on to lounge with a large sofa and armchair and bedroom area that has a king-size bed that can be made up as double or twin upon request.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bath with shower over it.
A seating / dining area on the private deck with French windows into the room completes the package.
This is a pet-friendly accommodation, but please note that pets are not allowed on soft furnishings. Please bring your own pet blanket / bed.
Rose How 1
Situated on the ground floor of Rose How cottage this apartment offers you lovely garden views.
You enter by going down 8 steps into the lower ground floor hall. Rose How 1 is on the left, a large king-size double or twin bedded room with lounge area and electric fireplace. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
The kitchen and dining area has French windows that lead onto the garden.
There is a bed settee in the lounge that gives you a possibility to accommodate one more person in the room.
This is a pet-friendly accommodation, but please note that pets are not allowed on soft furnishings. Please bring your own pet blanket / bed.
There is wifi but this can sometimes be of poor reception as we are a country location.
Juniper
Juniper is a nicely appointed compact self-catering studio apartment with a private outside deck.
A super king size bed or two single beds with ensuite with a walk-in shower.
A galley kitchen equipped with two ring induction hob, Panasonic combination microwave oven, small fridge and all essential utensils, cutlery and crockery, but no dishwasher.
Two comfortable lounge dinning chairs and table.

This comfortable studio apartment is a wonderful place for a retreat for two. It is designed and fitted out to high specifications and consists of a bedroom with bi-fold doors for privacy the bed can be super king size or two single beds, a lounge with French windows with open plan kitchen and dinning area, the bathroom has a bath with shower over. A wide screen TV, DVD player and wireless internet access make this a very comfortable place to spend a few days whatever the weather. This studio is light and spacious, with sunny views towards the gardens and glimpses of Lake Windermere.
