Fantastic Fortnight

By Damian on 26-Jul-2024

We had a fantastic stay at Moulin, the house was very well equipped with everything thought of with some thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that you would need. It is located in a quiet, peaceful part of France so is ideal for a complete switch off from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with opportunities to fish in the river at the bottom of the garden. Outdoor furniture and BBQ were ideal for eating and spending time outside enjoying the brilliant weather we had, possibly too hot on some days! Would certainly recommend it and would look to stay again.

Quiet and comfortable

By Richard on 08-Jun-2024

A very well presented and comfortable gite. Shame about the poor weather and sometimes dodgy TV signal but they didn't prevent us having a relaxing stay.

Owner response on 08-Jul-2024

Thank you for your review. It’s unfortunate that you had such unseasonal bad weather, which affects satellite TV reception badly. We hope you enjoyed watching some of the DVD films. We're pleased that you had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Gill

Loved the privacy and peace and quiet

By Paul Dwyer on 27-May-2024

The house was easy to find and in stunning order, Everything we needed was available. It was comfortable and relaxing. We did have neighbours but they were very nice and accommodating. We would love to come here again and I would recommend Le Moulin De Boirot to people who just want to get away.

Such a lovely quiet location

By Paul & Nethan on 04-Aug-2023

We stayed with our four children, ages 13,10 and twin 5 year old girls. They loved playing in the field and we loved taking them for walks and to the water park lake at saint perdoix. Such a great location and really helpful owners and they had a great lady who was on hand for anything we needed. We got very delayed and she met us close to midnight to let us in. Five star service. Thank you for letting us rent your lovely holiday home… it truly was kitted out with every spoon, fork, glass and utensil you could ever need.

Thank you for your excellent review. It's good to hear that you all enjoyed your time at the cottage and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.

Summary of Stay - excellent

By Claire Conington on 14-Jul-2023

We stayed here for 12 nights in July and loved Moulin de Boirot - very peaceful setting, lovely scenery all around and friendly neighbours. The house was very roomy, well equipped and clean, nothing to fault and the garden was huge! We hired bikes and cycled along the lanes to little villages and ate out at the local bar in the village. Would recommend for a quiet, away from the bustle stay, but with plenty to do and visit. The owners were also very helpful.

Owner response on 30-Jul-2023

Thank you for your lovely review. I am pleased you and your family had a relaxing enjoyable holiday.
